Quality Policy

It is the policy of the Company to provide our clients with the highest standard of legal services by giving sound, timely and practical advice in a cost-effective manner and to act at all times in strict accordance with the highest ethical standards of our profession.

In order to achieve the above against a background of an ever changing and competitive environment, we remain constantly aware of the urgent need to re-assess, upgrade and refine all aspects of the services that we provide.


To achieve our policy objectives the Company provides the necessary resources and training to enable members of staff to carry out their respective duties using effective and recognised procedures that are based on requirement for the continuing professional development.


In compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and in order to ensure the achievement of its objectives, the consistency of output as well as clients’ confidence in the Company, the Company applies risk-based thinking.


In order to maintain this policy, we have set down in this document, details of the implemented quality and risk management system. This system has been tailored to address our operational objectives and business needs and to satisfy the requirements laid down by the ISO 9001:2015 quality system standards. This will assure our clients of our commitment to continuous progress, development and the maximization of client satisfaction by achieving the best possible outcome in all the cases they entrust to us.


By complying with the ISO 9001:2015 requirements we envisage to strengthen the Company’s shareholder base, strategically develop the promotion of the Company and enhance the knowledge and standing of our lawyers in their fields of specialisation both in existing and new areas of law. This will in turn lead to increasing the Company’s turnover from our existing satisfied clients and will assist us in attracting new clients in the fields of the specialisation of the Company and its lawyers, thereby enabling us to maintain and add to our high-quality client base and to increase the earnings of the Company and its shareholders.


With this policy statement we confirm that we are fully committed to quality and to continually improve the effectiveness of our management system. We will spare no effort to support this policy and our quality objectives with active and continuous involvement by our management. This policy and the quality objectives are reviewed during structured management reviews at least once a year in order to ensure their continuing applicability.


We expect every employee irrespective of status or seniority to be conversant with the Company’s Quality Policy, support its objectives and ensure that continuous improvement is effected in all the Company’s activities, both administrative and legal.


Our management system is structured as defined by the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 and our quality policy is instituted by the Shareholders and the QMS Manager who are responsible for ensuring its full and effective implementation. It is emphasized that quality is the responsibility of every single member of our staff. The Company ensures that all personnel have access to, are conversant with, and work in accordance with the procedures and instructions issued by the Company, which fully comply with the ISO 9001:2015 International Quality Standard.


It is ensured that our Quality Policy is available to all interested parties, upon request.
