Niovie is a Senior Associate and has been a member of the firm's practice since 2018. She is a member of the firm's Corporate department and her main areas of focus are Banking and Finance, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Niovie has wide experience in both local and cross-border complex transactions such as asset and share acquisitions, asset secured financing transactions, corporate restructurings, and large-scale due diligence exercises. She also has hands-on experience in the field of EU and Competition Law having assisted in presenting cases before the Commission for the Protection of Competition in relation to alleged abuses of dominant position.

She provides advice to major international and local corporate clients on all forms of commercial contracts to support their day-to-day business activities and assists with the review and drafting of transactional and contractual documentation and corporate instruments. She regularly represents credit institutions, insurance companies, and large multinational corporations across a range of sectors such as aviation, hotel, retail, manufacturing, and telecommunications.
