Anna joined our firm in 2024. Today she is an Associate Director in the Corporate Department.
Her core areas of focus are Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Banking and Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Anna’s practice focuses on corporate M&A transactions, restructurings and reorganizations of private companies, asset and share acquisitions and large-scale due diligence exercises. She acts as legal counsel to major commercial enterprises, providing advice on corporate governance, dissolution, corporate and commercial law matters. Anna works closely with the Directors of the firm in corporate financing transactions and provides advice to international and local clients on all forms of commercial contracts. She also ensures compliance with AML legislation and carries out due diligence on corporate clients and their assets.
